Levaquin (Levofloxacin) is a quinolone antibiotic which describes a class of drugs that are used to treat infections caused by bacteria in the body. This medicine works by effectively controlling the growth of bacteria and is used to treat conditions characterized by symptoms of viral infections such as flu or the common cold.
How to use Levoquin
When prescribing for you Levoquin, your physician will give you a medication guide which you should strictly follow. If there are parts or instructions not clear to you, consult your physician.
